Responsibilities and Duties
Meet with clients by phone, email, and or text to discuss their loan goals
Assess client's financial situation and determine the most suitable loan options
Provide guidance and advice on loan products and terms
Collect and analyze client's financial information to determine loan eligibility
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan applications
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Proven track record in sales or financial sales is highly desirable
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in computer systems such as google, excel and word
Desire to build a career in the fintech industry
