We're the Austin chapter of The Alternative Board , a 35-year-old global peer advisory and coaching network operating in 200+ cities worldwide.
Most owners don't fail because of bad strategy. They fail , or stagnate , because they have no one to think with. No peers who get it. No coach who's lived it.
The Alternative Board exists to fix that. Since 1990, we've built monthly peer boards where owners of $1M–$20M businesses meet, challenge each other, and get sharper. In between meetings, every member works with a private TAB-certified coach.
In Austin, that means a community of owners who understand the unique context of this city: the talent compression, the cost of growth, the temptation to chase every shiny object the tech scene throws at you.

Meet your facilitator
Bhushan Ekbote is the President of TAB Austin. He has led Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market programs across high-growth SaaS, fintech, and IoT connectivity organizations, focused on building operating rhythm, improving decision quality, and creating scalable systems that support growth.
He brings 15+ years of operator experience to Austin business owners: helping them build companies that grow on purpose, with a clear plan, peer support, and accountability.
