November Business Owners Roundtable

Running a business alone is hard. This is a working session where you sit down with 10-12 other Austin business owners and work through a real problem, live, using the same peer advisory process TAB members use every month.

Here's what happens: you'll bring a challenge you're facing right now (hiring, cash flow, a stuck decision, whatever it is). The group works it through together using a structured facilitation process, not a generic brainstorm. You'll leave with clarity on the issue and a taste of what an ongoing peer board actually feels like.

This is for owners of privately held Austin-area businesses, generally $500k - $20M in revenue, 3-100 employees. No pitch, no obligation. Just a real session so you can decide for yourself if this kind of peer accountability is something you want on an ongoing basis.
