We are a locally owned South Austin insurance agency looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative and/or Insurance Agent to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable with computers, enjoys working with customers, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Insurance experience or an active insurance license is a plus, but not required for the customer service position. We are willing to consider the right candidate who is interested in learning the insurance industry and potentially becoming licensed.
What we’re looking for:
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Dependable and organized
• Insurance experience or licensing is a plus
Full-time is preferred, although part-time may be considered for the right candidate. Experienced/licensed insurance agents may also have an opportunity for remote work after meeting production requirements.
