Maintains flower beds, open spaces, and lawns; removes weeds from plant beds and grounds; applies mulch, fertilizers, and aerates landscape beds.
Manages the seeding schedule, seasonal color changes, hanging baskets, and replacement of perennial plants.
Monitors, repairs, adjusts, and maintains the irrigation system at the Community Center facility.
Trims, fertilizes, plants, and stakes trees; removes trimmings and cleans up after tree care activities.
Cleans ponds, monitors water levels, fertilizes, and cares for aquatic plants; monitors, feeds, and cares for fish and other pond wildlife; maintains and monitors the filtration system and pumps.
Performs routine garden and grounds maintenance, including manual labor such as shoveling soil and mulch, trail repairs, debris removal, and other physically demanding tasks necessary to maintain the gardens and landscape throughout the year, including non-planting seasons.
