Duties

Perform comprehensive cleaning of hotel rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring surfaces are dusted, sanitized, and spotless. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and performing floor care to keep surfaces pristine. Communicate effectively with guests and other departments. Skills

Proven experience in hotel room cleaning and hotel laundry facilities highly desired. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and detergents. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while managing time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach to client communication. Physical stamina for lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
