Professional Housing Consultant – Titan Factory Direct
Titan Factory Direct is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Housing Consultant to help families find the perfect manufactured home. Responsibilities include greeting customers, generating and following up on leads, conducting home tours, presenting pricing and financing options, negotiating sales, and guiding customers through the purchasing process from initial contact to closing.
Qualifications:
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
Ability to prospect, follow up consistently, and build lasting customer relationships.
Sales experience preferred; manufactured housing experience is a plus.
Professional attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
