How a TAB peer advisory board works
Each month your board meets for a structured session led by a certified TAB facilitator. Every member updates the group on key numbers and priorities, then one or two members bring a real decision to the table — hiring, pricing, a partner issue, an exit — and get candid advice from owners who have been there.
Between meetings, you work 1-on-1 with your TAB coach to turn that advice into action. Next month, you report back to the board. That loop of advice and accountability is what moves owners off the plateau.
